The book Alex Rider Point Blank written by Anthony Horowitz starts its plot right after the teen spy Alex accomplished his mission: Stormbreaker. After several examination Alex had been chosen as a new spy in the MI6 corporation, even though he is still young he has the necessary skill to fulfill his job and be part of one of the largest spy organizations on earth.
It all begins in New York, when multimillionaire Michael J. Roscoe is found death after an arranged assassination by a contract killer known as the Gentlemen. Alex is then assigned with a new job at MI6 and this time he has to investigate the mysterious death of Roscoe and another billionaire, General Viktor Ivanov who's body was found at the black sea. But what they have in common? Mysteriously both Roscoe and Ivanov son's attend the same school, Point Blank, an academy located in the french alps owned by Dr. Grief.
Alan Blunt, head chief of the MI6, immediately calls Alex for help since he is still a kid and can attend this school that links both assassinations and investigate what and who is behind all of this.
I'm definitely looking forward to reading this book. I predict that both kids involve in this case have something to do for the death of their fathers, maybe they made a mistake or they were involve in a much bigger problem. There is many things I can infer about what is going to happen, and since I have already read the first part of this series I know Alex is going to be involved in huge problems and this book is going to have a lot of action and fun events.
